Please Note: We are an Industrial Print Unit not a Shop, Therefore due to Health and Safety Restrictions in and surrounding areas of our Unit we CANNOT allow visitors for Orders or Collections - Online Mail Orders Only
We ask Customers to allow approximately 3-5 Working Days for Delivery for Non Printed items, Printed iitems usually arrives within 5-7 Working days, This Can vary during peak times and depending on Order Size. We will keep you the customer updated throughout print production and despatch.
Depending on Order size we use either Royal Mail, Hermes & DPD
.1 We offer a hassle free returns policy. We will accept any product back providing the following applies:
a) The item(s) are NOT customised with any logos, names or other embellishments
b) You request and return the goods within 28 days of receiving them.
c) The item(s) are returned to us in a resalable condition. The items need to be unworn with packaging and tags. Failure to meet this criteria will result in a refusal of refund.
In the case of orders with customisation where the mistake is on our behalf, or if the products are deemed to be faulty. We will accept the return provided we are notified of the issue within 14 days of receipt
2 a) If you are returning an item because for example, you ordered the wrong size/colour or decide the garment is going to be of no use to you, then you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of the return.
b) if the return is because of an error made on our behalf then we will arrange for collection of the goods from you.
3 Once we have received your goods back, we then check to see if the return is acceptable before issuing a refund. Upon approval/rejection of your return you will be notified and then if applicable a refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
To Arrange a Return: Please email us before returning any goods, we will issue you with a Return Code and Our Return Address which is Different from our Head Office Address, This will ensure a quick swift return process and no delay.
